Nirmala, 26, yang kini berada di Indonesia memfailkan tuntutan saman ganti rugi tersebut menerusi Tetuan Megat Najmuddin Leong & Co. di Pejabat Pendaftar Mahkamah Tinggi di sini semalam.
Dalam writ saman tersebut, Nirmala selaku plaintif menamakan bekas pramugari, Pek Ha, 42, dan Ik Ting masing-masing sebagai defendan pertama dan defendan kedua.
Menurut Nirmala, dia diambil bekerja sebagai pembantu rumah defendan pada September 2003 sehingga 17 Mei 2004.
Bagaimanapun, sepanjang bekerja di sana, Nirmala mendakwa telah didera beberapa kali oleh Pek Ha. Deraan kali pertama berlaku pada Januari 2004 apabila badannya ditekap dengan seterika panas.
May Allah know the real truth about this case and punish whoever that has bought this among themselves to produce sin. If Nirmala has done this upon herself to frame Pek Ha, then may Allah see this as abuse of the body and Pek Ha would not have to suffer in the after life. If Pek Ha really did harm Nirmala in the most sadistic way, then may she be given whatever Allah may give her. I strongly believe that Pek Ha is innocent as I have known her for the most of my early life, and my early life was my dearest when I met that gentle, caring young lady. Allah akbar, I will always pray that the truth will come by Allah.
